@meisch1234 Lucky you! I've heard about all the Silver shops down there. My folks used to live south of Tucson... I've always loved Arizona. the architecture, culture and while desert vibe. From my folks place there was a huge mountain range right out the window which was super cool to have the desert and mountains both! I don't think I'd enjoy the heat in the summer though. I always visited in the winter when I lived in Montana & Wyoming, and that was always a treat! ๐

@saltycwgrl thats so awesome. i may go new mexico or texas for better rentals b4 i buy again pending sale of my huge home here, with covid i know i should of solid last year, it was hot market esp here. Now its up in air. But i do have renter if i have too
