Incredibly versatile short sleeve lace open top with tons of super colorful embroidery and beads on a black lace background. I believe it comes from the Culture Clash Collection of 2010 which was somewhat Asian/Bohemian inspired. Perfect for spring and summer with 3/4 length sleeves, looks so much better in person than in pics.
