Kimchi Blue smocked mini dress

An absolute favorite dress of mine that no longer fits. Super comfortable and flattering smocking. High neck, low back. Adjustable straps for the perfect fit. Hits above the knee. Fits true to size. Well-loved, one loose thread on front of smocking (pictured), but not visible.
