Kimchi Blue size medium maxi dress

Selling a gently used (worn once) Kimchi Blue dress is size medium. It is a dark turquoise (blue-ish green) color. Desires an abstract floral pattern on outer layer and a rayon full lining. Racer neck/extreme racer back. Very exposed back as pic shows. Has buttons down the back. Pullover style. Back Neck to waist is 17”. Waist (unstretched) is 28” but back has elastic so definitely flexible there. Tiered skirt. Excellent condition. Bust is slightly flexible as well as back is so open. Color closest to close-up pic of bodice front. Full length pic is blown out to show details better.
