Kimchi Blue Tropi Mock Neck Mini Dress

NWT Sold out black UO skater dress with open back and two straps. Has a small zipper on lower back and two buttons behind neck to secure the top. I have put a picture of the flower print dress to show how the back is but the one I’m selling is black. The dress only needs to be steamed; it is wrinkly from being in storage.
