This is a Women's Kim Rogers Intimates Satin Pajama Set that is a size Small. It is 83% Polyester and 17% Cotton. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-20.5" and the length is 24.5". The pants have elastic around the top and has a 26" Waist. The inseam measures28". They are in great condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure the waist laying flat and double that for the waist measurement.
