Kim Rogers 1X blue to black Hombre with sparkle jewels on front 3/4 sleeves

This was an anniversary gift from my husband. I wore it for a few dressy events with black slacks, and also a few times for teaching. I LOVE the wide fold down neckline that drapes over the shoulders in front and back, and of course the BLING of the added small sparkly jewels. I lost weight, so it no longer fits, but it is much too pretty to stay in my closet. Hombre design fades down from royal blue to black 23” pit to pit Appx. 27” long with the bsck being slightly longer than the front 23” across hips 19” long sleeves
