This is a 100% wool kilt in Navy, dark green, white, and red plaid. Made in England for Harrods, it has 2 buckles at waist that adjust with 3 holes. Beautiful and soft, it has 1/4” fringe down the front wrap, completely pleated in back and measures flat waist 13.5” and 27” waistband to hem. A true classic.
