Hi! I haven't logged in to posh for a while, sorry for the late response. They are similar stretch to black levi denim jeans, maybe a little more stretchy.
They're stored folded in a storage tote in my closet, I'll get them out later and measure. But they were a perfect fit for me the one time I tried them on and I am a waist 26" to 27". Size chart from Killstar says 27 and 1/4 inch waist
