Kika Vargas Sonia Mini Dress with Ruffle Hem Purchased and worn once for an event; professionally dry cleaned. Beautiful bright light blue color. V neck in front and back and playful ruffle hem. Slide slit pockets. Pull-on style. Please note, there are a few marks — three on the front that I’ve ID’d in the photo. They’re quite subtle and I’ve tried to have removed via cleaning.
