The KJP Hew England House Dress in Flannel Tie belt (removable) 100% Cotton EUC - worn once for family photos before she outgrew it! Purchased at the Newport Store, in Excellent Condition and from and pet and smoke free home! We have 4 daughters and I find that KJP runs slightly small...this dress fit my little when she was approx. 22lbs and I would suggest it for 12-24m or a petite 2 year old. It's rather short, so plan to put your little in bloomers or tights. 😊 You can't beat the KJP quality and cuteness!
