Kids Vintage Tony Lama Belt

Used Has been in storage. Is very stiff and has flaws 7th pic shows a piece of tape? Doesn't want to come off easily, so I left it. Also inside has discoloration, not sure if that's just the nature of the material or if it's been stained by something.
