Kids REI sz 4/5 water & wind proof winter jacket

XS Size 4/5. Fleece lined. No rips or tears, smoke free home. There a some rather minor small little spots on the inside that show in the 2nd photo. But the pics make it look worse than it really is! Has adjustable elastic cord at the bottom and Velcro enclosures at the end of the sleeves. One zippered pocket on the inside, another on the sleeve and both outside pockets are zippered.
