All are made with double layers of cotton and interfacing for a 3rd layer as per CDC recommendation. This size for kids only comes with elastic. But other sizes have tie or elastic option. This mask is said to fit 3-6 yr olds. But the ones with stretchier elastic makes it wearable up to a 10 yr old. Please tell me the age of your kids so I can help you get the best fit.
