Kids Dinosaur Rain Boots - Black and Green

Reposhing this item I purchased from @reanna21941. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Really cute Western Chief rain boots with flashing lights from the heels. Very little wear, only worn once by previous owners child. My grandchild couldn't use them since the preschool doesn't allow flashing lights on shoes or boots. Questions? Leave a comment below!
