Kids Black NEW boots, size 13. These are WATERPROOF boots. These seem to bi mg well constructed, waterproof boots. They look like they are true to size. (I have 13 grandchildren). 😂 Unless your son is extremely hard on shoes/boots, these should hold up for a long time.
