Kids Accessory Identification

The image shows a patterned fabric item with tags (Nicole Miller). This appears to be a hat or possibly a blanket/scarf, but given department 'Kids' and category 'Accessories', the most likely subcategory is 'Hats'. If uncertain, 'Hair Accessories' could be possible but less likely. Third possibility is 'Bags' if it's packaging, but tags and fabric suggest wearable head accessory.
