Does this run small? I’m pretty tall so if possible, could I have a length measurement?

@carolynirishred I bought a size up from what I usually wear expecting it to run small, and it was a bit bit on me, so I think the size is accurate? I measured 20.5 from the neckline to the bottom, it also has adjustable shoulder straps to add some length. hope this helps!
