Kevan Hall Navy Lace Sheath Dress

This beautiful navy lace dress from designer Kevan Hall has a fully lined body, see through sleeves and a dramatic scoop back with chiffon accent. Measures 38” long and 17” across chest. Back zipper. Came with shoulder pads and a fabric flower which I did not use but have included. Only worn two times. EUC
