Behind these horses are the iconic Churchill Downs twin spires. In the middle of the spire’s are the numbers 1875 - 1992. 1875 for the year that the first Kentucky Derby horse race was held and 1992 for the year when the scarf was made. The Kentucky Derby is known as the run for the roses and as an ode to this, the corners of the scarf feature bouquets of roses. This elegant scarf is pink and gray in color and has hand rolled and stitched edges. The scarf is 100% silk and is an approximately 34 inches square. This scarf is in very good used condition.
