High rise baggy cargo pants with gathered hem Brand is Kensie Jeans, style is the Parachute Pant 100% cotton, lightweight, no stretch Zips and buttons at the waist These have a drawstring as well as elastic at the waist Cargo pockets have flap closure Hem can be worn loose or gathered These do have darts on the knee area so keep in mind that they do look kind of weird when the leg is not gathered Great used condition, I only wore them a couple of times, and i did like them, but navy is just not really my color Size: 8/29; I'd say they fit true to size, but be sure to check measurements Waist: 15-19 inches across (that is when the drawstring isn't pulled at all Hips: 20.5 inches across Rise: 11.5 inches Inseam: 27 inches (i'm 5'7" and you can see they are def a cropped length on me, though they might look longer on others.
