Excellent pre-owned condition. No damages, stains, or wear. The buttons run all the way up the front and along the neck. It can close up and become a turtle neck, but designed to be worn open like a little capelet in the back. Materials tag is missing. Knit is very tight but lightweight, soft and comfortable, somewhat stretchy. Measurements in the picture.
