fijishwag @derekjhh I would say they are true, maybe shade more to 11.5, all my athletic shoes are 12, most dress are 11.5 so again prob a tad bigger than ur normal 11, w dress socks they fit me well and like w reg socks w my athletic shoes- hope that helped
