This is a like new, barely used Kenmore sewing machine model number 385.15343600. It has so many wonderful features. It has several built-in stitches and is very easy to operate. You simply turn the dial to get the stitch you want. This machine uses a standard rotary bobbin system and a class 15 bobbin. It also has a feed dog raise and lowering lever to the right of the bobbin compartment. This allows you to lower the feed dogs to do freeform quilting, and appliqué. It has a built-in accessory tray, which you remove to make it a free arm to allow you to sew, circular items such as cuffs and sleeves. It has a handle to make it easy to take on the road -it also has a built-in thread cutter and a built-in bobbin winder. This machine also has a built-in needle threader. The bobbin winder on this machine is metal, which is far superior to the plastic ones out there today. The thread spool holders collapse for travel. This machine has dual needle capability, allowing you to sew with two different colors at the same time. In addition to the foot pedal and electrical cord, this machine comes with so many extras. Included are, a seam ripper, a pack of needles, a zipper foot, a button hole foot, a ruffler foot, and an extra bobbin. Al of these accessories fit in the attached accessory drawer. This machine has a full amp motor and will easily handle heavy fabric, such as denim, canvas, and even leather, if using a leather needle. The manual and original box are also included.
