Luxurious, retro, vintage, black velvet 100% rayon velvet pants by Kenar. High waist. Full legs that taper at the ankle. Beautiful flow and drape. Gorgeous material that feels so silky. The pictures show a vintage size 10 on the tag. I would say these are a 4 or 6. please check measurements. Waist 31“; inseam: 32“. Width at bottom of leg: 8“.
