New condition Kelly Clinton Floral 3/4 sleeve tunic. It is pre-owned in new condition (never worn/ only stored). It is women's size 8 (small) and is made of 9% polyester and 8% spandex so it does have some stretch to it. It is a lime green color with multi color floral designs on it. It is also 3/4 sleeve.
