Perfect off the shoulder mini dress by Keepsake, size small. Beautiful navy botanical print flows with the delicate pleating, off the shoulder detail, & waterfall hem. Fully lined, GUC, with pulled threads noted to either side of the bust & skirt, not all visible due to waterfall neckline which hangs over & pleated skirt (photographed above) & small stain to front ruffle (last photo, barely noticeable).
