Keepsake Whispers Dress

A beautiful navy dress with cutouts in size small. Only worn once for a wedding and unfortunately it no longer fits. Please see photos for measurements. Also note that I did get this dress modified with the last photo being the original design of the dress. I removed the cutout detailing from the bottom of the sleeves and inserted extra fabric behind the cutout detailing in the waist. Also willing to trade for a size M.
