Beautiful dress, got tons of compliments at my wedding reception! Worn once, dry cleaned and in like new condition. Only thing is I did have it professionally altered to remove the original puffy sleeves. When I purchased it from Nordstrom there was no belt (I didn't realize that until looking for reference pictures just now!) So it has belt loops but no belt. The "illusion" part is in the neckline and somewhat the skirt-part of the dress. The bottom looks vaguely see-through, so if you wanted a hint of sexiness or bright colored undergarments to show through, it would. I wore mine with a white slip so there was no see-through.
