Gorgeous vintage evening gown or prom dress. Top layer is a chiffon style sheer fabric that is pleated and ruched over a satin style fabric column. Strapless. In excellent preowned vintage condition. For reference, my mannequin is a medium, size 6-8, 34” bust, 26” waist, 35” hip and it is too small for her.
