Katzman Fur (?) Coat Rust Brown

Katzman from McKeesport, PA outside of Pittsburgh. I have no way to tell if this coat is real fur. It feels like a teddy bear. Lining is beautiful and has initials embroidered in it. Pockets have great detail. There are no tags except the one in photo. I am guessing this is a large based on measurements. See photo for torn clasp.
