This is the Baltic Born Katya Ruffle Maxi Dress | Navy XS! The original size chart is in the pictures. Only tried it on. The tag is still attached and it does come with a matching belt. For the most part the dress fits true to size but the chest is a bit oversized!! I would say it fits more like a small. Other then that it’s a good quality and beautiful.
