There is no label, but this is made just like the Rough Green Edges skirt and was found at the same time. RGE was a maker out of Oregon who created beautiful pieces from recycled sweaters in Katwise style, for festivals, everyday wear, Renaissance Faires and the like. They do not appear to still be in business. But their beautifully made garments live on! This one is a lovely, full swing skirt with 16 gores for twirl and flare. Serged in the Katwise way with visible seams, it is made from wool and cotton sweaters in shades of pink, gray, black, maroon, lavender, with a wonderful deep burgundy velvet strip along the bottom. 1.5" waistband with corduroy on the inside and a heavy ribbed black cotton outside. Heavy, silver tone zipper with zipper pull secures it. Fitted, no stretch in waistband, hips are free.
