Kathie Lee Collection Asymmetrical Dress

Black Kathie Lee Collection asymmetrical midi/maxi dress with cream polka dot swirls and a cowl neckline. Fabric drapes really nice so even with the measurements, there's some wiggle room up to an inch. It seems true to size. I'm a size 8/10 and if I was a 10/12 or solid 12 again, I'd feel fine wearing this.
