Kate spade black quilted diaper bag

Black quilted Kate spade diaper bag. Diaper bag has many internal pockets and compartments and four outside compartments. There is also a diaper changing pad. There are some small red dots on the outside of the diaper changing pad and bottom of bag (melted crayon!). Some of the metal handle rings got some glue on them, which is clear and I have been unable to get off (see pictures). Very few signs of wear. Please see all pictures.
