bellaz4488 @diannapalmaa okay that is actually okay! So the bag is basically perfectly new then right? And u said there is only tiny scratches on the twist lock ? Could u possibly get a picture of the bag in natural light just so I can get a pic of it ? Sorry I was ripped off when I bought this bag from another seller they said the bag was brand new and sadly it came and was in terrible condition:((
