Kate Spade colorblock multi color Crossbody sling purse *has flaws

This purse is in great structural shape No scratches or any signs of use * EXCEPT THERE IS COLOR FADING ON THE FRONT PLEASE SEE PHOTOS. I tried cleaning it with a cotton wipe and water and it did not budge. I am afraid to try anything else because I actually think something faded onto it like a black leather purse.
