Stunning light blue and navy floral and Swiss dot silk chiffon fabric. No fabric tag but I’m pretty sure this is silk. Long bow ties can be ties in a knot or bow or left open as pictured. Sheer except for lining on upper back area. Ruched gathered detail on slightly puff shoulder. Tiny pleats give dimension and flattery.
