Kate Spade purse in EUC! Previous owner used only a few times and I used it maybe once. It is such a beautiful bag! Inside is pretty much spotless, see photos.
All blemishes are small, and I took close ups of each, see the second to last photo for that. These blemishes are not noticeable.
The last photo shows some minor scratching visible only in certain lighting. These are on the back of the bag, where it rubbed against clothing with the previous owner.

Height: 11 inches
Length at top: 16 inches
Top of loop of strap to top of bag 8.5 inches

(If you are looking to fit a laptop or iPad in it or something, I have both a 13 and 15 inch laptop as well as an iPad in my home I can see if either of them fit!) the iPad would fit for sure though.
