tracy_guller This is the first time I’ve ever used Poshmark and I apologize if the one star came to you, I understood it as a rating for them, which is why I did not state any negative comments about you so if Poshmark can fix that, that would be amazing. tracy_guller @crystalgail83 I did the delivery was supposed to be made during the day however it was made after 10PM. I made a police report , but at the end of the day it’s my loss because my neighbors did not see the person/persons .

tracy_guller My neighbors have told me that people are searching and following Amazon vehicles, UPS, USPS, and any other marked cars. I live in a nice neighborhood and this is never happened to me before I also have pillars that hide packages, but since the delivery person came in a marked vehicle, I guess that’s what made it easier for porch pirates.

tracy_guller I was so excited about my purse that I had been tracking it all day so I knew when it went from facility to facility to finally in transit, and when it showed in transit like to my house, I quickly left my aunt’s house to come home and when I got home, it wasn’t there and it said it had already been delivered so my heart hurtsI wish they would’ve put them in the lock boxes because usually USPS will put packages in a lock box

tracy_guller @crystalgail83 oh my gosh yes I just stated that incorrectly you were absolutely right it was supposed to be delivered yesterday after 10 PM. It started out saying 8 PM then it said 9 PM and then it said 10 PM and you’re right it did give me a notification saying that it was delivered at 10:48 AM and I did not have a package at all on my porch. I didn’t have a package in my locker I never received it. my days have been running together

tracy_guller The only package that I have received from Poshmark is the make up bag. I bought a make up bag that matches the purse that I was supposed to receive from you and that is the one and only thing that I’ve received so again I apologize I have been going through a lot this week andI am just not in a good headspace right now

tracy_guller OK last message I asked a friend of mine how I could change a star rating and put a proper acknowledgment and so she showed me how so I did change that and I know that this is not your fault and I apologize for the long novel I wrote you like I told you I’ve been going through a lot andthat of course it’s not your problem.
