Purchased in person from the Kate Spade store a couple of years ago. Overall, there is really nowhere except for one corner that has a pencil tip sized nick in the leather two spots. Clearly it was sat down on something. There is a loose Gromit that needs to be tightened, but I have arthritis so I can’t do it! I hope you can! The interior has some smudges. This was an expensive bag that is being sold at a very good price.
