Kate Spade Penny Rainboots

Red rubber rainboots with a 2” heel. Only worn twice. Rainboots are in excellent condition. I am selling because I have two other rainboots and live in a place where it hardly rains. These are a size 10, but fits small. I am a size 9 and fits me perfectly with regular socks on.
