Laid flat, shoulder to shoulder is 14", pit to pit is 16.5", the waist is 13.5, hip measurement is 16", and the length is 38" Dress is pre-owned, so please check photos for condition. There is some pilling on the skirt that could maybe be removed with a fabric shaver. Other than that, it's just a little wrinkled from storage as far as I can tell. Retailed for $398.
