Kate Spade New York Black Sheer Panel Ruffle Trim Velvet Romper (missing belt)

Totally luxe velvet black romper from Kate Spade NY in a size 12. It is missing an original belt, still has attached belt loops. Cool sheer panel on front, comfortable fabric. Cute ruffles around panel and bottom of shorts. There is a long zipper on the back Can be dressed up or down, good for so many events/situations. This is a super cute piece. It’s too small for me!
