Kate Spade “Louella” black silk midi flared skirt US4, NWT, never worn

New with tags (NWT), never worn, Kate Spade flared black midi skirt (style name is Louella). Thus is a lovely, retro-style skirt that goes with virtually everything, from blouses and cardigans or sweaters for work to tee shirts and evening tops. The fabric content is 84% silk, 26% cotton so it’s fairly stiff and holds the flared shape well when worn. The skirt is fully lined and has a side zip as well as two subtle pleats on the front and back for shape. As there is no stretch to the fabric, I’d say it fits a smaller US size 4.
