suzannel600 @jillpi2me Hi, it’s polyvinyl, Google says it can be cleaned with a mild soap. I’ve never used this bag, it’s never been broken in. The marks seem to be from it being stored, I myself have had it in a bag and boxed for a long time. It is super cute. I can send you a better offer if you’re still interested.
