Kate Spade Gray Tweed Skirt

This is an adorable tweed Kate Spade skirt. The waistband is lightly cinched, a side zipper, a black inner lining (photo 8), as well as a cute inner white lace detail (though it isn't seen from the outside, see photo 9). It's in good used condition, though the black strap is frayed on the ends. It says 'shirt the rules' on the tag.
