@deborahshearer Hello! I would say this is true to size. When I originally purchased it, I thought Kate Spade ran small and was hoping it to fit like a 6/8. But this is a true 10, no stretch. I am 5’2” and the skirt came past my knee, so this length would be appropriate and not too short for someone up to 5’8” in my opinion.

@shavney hello! Yes it is unworn and NWT. I bought it here from someone and it was too big and long for me. I am re-poshing it—the “rotate” language the standard re-poshing boilerplate language. :)
