Kate Spade Crossbody Bag

First of all this black and white Kate Spade bag could use a good cleaning. The interior is in good condition. The strap has several spots where there is cracking and peeling and where piping is missing. What I would do, and I just might, would be just to take the strap completely off and add a chain. That would be so pretty. Also needs cleaning around zipper area. I purchased from a host and some of these things were not revealed.
