Kate Spade Blue and White Striped Dress

Stylish halter dress with bold blue and white stripes. Flattering fit and flare design. Perfect for summer outings. Kate Spade. Marked a size 10, but it is more like a size 8. Waist measures 15 inches across. Bust measure 17 1/2 inches across. Ample room for a larger bust. This was purchased at Kate Spade in New York. I wore this one time for about four hours. It’s in perfect condition. My particular dress has a hook and eye closure instead of a bowtie.
